The guy who kidnapped the four year old boy from his bedroom and viciously maimed and murdered him has that hair style.
So does another killer (suspect) from recent stories.
Guess their hair stylists are up on the perp look trend.
Police in the mid 1970s used to impolitely refer to criminal gentlemen wearing a wide brimmed hat like in the movie Superfly as wearing “a perp hat” and they knew what it meant.
This is the perp hair style, I guess.
