That's what you would think, but the article makes the preposterous claim that POC are exposed to more pollutants REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY LIVE. So somehow POC living in the same places as whites are still exposed to more pollution. The POC living in the apartment complex two blocks from me and the Asian family right across the fence are somehow exposed to more pollution than I am.
