If someone is on the floor in pain from an appendix that's about to rupture then regardless of them being lesbians or having weed drinks (whatever that is) then you need to get them to the hospital. It might not be the preferred time but you've not got much choice.

We've become a society of followers so concerned with obeying "the rules" that many would rather let someone bleed to death than exceed the speed limit on the way to a hospital. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do and deal with the fallout later.
