French magazine Charlie Hebdo caused social media outrage Saturday over its front-page drawing of Queen Elizabeth II kneeling on the neck of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
A caption on the drawing translates to “Why Meghan left Buckingham.” A quote bubble near Meghan’s head reads, “because I couldn’t breathe anymore.”
In the photo, shared on the magazine’s Twitter account, a menacing-looking Queen Elizabeth II pins Meghan down with her knee. The image is a cartoon recreation of George Floyd’s death when a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes during a May 25 arrest. […]
Social media users slammed Charlie Hebdo over the drawing, with some calling it racist.
“Words cannot describe just how disgusting I found that Charlie Hebdo cover. Punching down and constantly drawing racist caricatures it’s not satire. It’s called being a d---,” one Twitter user wrote.
“Charlie Hebdo is a disgusting newspaper that promotes Racism, Xenophobia, Islamophobia and sexism. For years it has made fun of many serious social issues that exists in the world, whilst making millions of dollars,” another posted.

Well, it isn't like it is about any of Harry's blood relations.
This is vastly unfair to the Queen. The Queen steadfastly did her duty to her country during WWII and has always presented a very classy lady to the world, no matter what it cost her personally. You can’t even talk about Meeeee-ghan Markle in the same sentence—a divorced greedy piece of narcissist ghetto trash, a grifter, and a liar. Harry left what little brains he had at the door when he married this trash, let alone let her estrange him from his family, give up his titles, etc. No one has any respect left for him. I feel sorry for his little son and the one on the way.

I think it pretty evident that this is irony to emphasize the degree to which the overprivileged Meghan is a manipulative drama queen.

Social media has changed women a lot in my opinion. The constant picture taking and keeping up with the Jones’s attitude as a result of seeing all the pictures has been very detrimental. Many also love to wear all of their emotions on their sleeves, instead of dealing with their issues privately. This creates drama queens that love the attention.

Meh. Would actually be funny if they photoshopped it. A crappy cartoon that looks like it came from the back pages of National Lampoon circa 1972, next to the rolling paper ads, doesn’t really land. I hope all those poor people weren’t murdered over work this amateurish.
