The DoD launched a raid on a CIA-run server farm in Frankfurt, Germany, to secure servers that contain proof of CIA interference with the 2020 election (i.e. backdoor manipulations of election results via Dominion voting machines).

I agree 100%. MacInerny can’t confirm anything — he has been retired for quite some time. All he says is that he’s had “reports.” He’s being spun IMO. As for Flynn, who seems obsessed with his Patriot Branding (”The People’s General!”), I don’t think he has confirmed or denied these reports. If he knows anything about this tale he’s not saying anything.
As for Trump waiting until this gets to the Supreme Court, that would be a terrible strategy. The Supreme Court might vote to NOT hear this case. Then what??
If Trump had this surely he would’ve been tweeting like mad and filing lawsuits right and left and we would all know, right? Why would he keep such a thing a secret?

Sure, but the existence of a server in Frankfurt is a far cry from “there was an action movie shootout between Delta Force and the CIA”. We know Dominion is an international company, it’s not weird that their servers might be located abroad.

No it's simply NOT possible. Politics does not work that way, ever. Politics is not a spy novel and it's not 3d chess no matter how many people want to believe it. It's 3rd grade recess level tic tac toe but without all the complicated strategy. I have posted this many times over years about stories like this that come up. It's never once been wrong. So pretty much anytime you read this kind of stuff just ask yourself does this sound like 3d chess or tic tac toe and you will know if it's worth the time to keep reading.

If ANY of that info is going to be used to in some way justify a "redo" of the election, or invoke the Insurrection Act, or marital law, etc. - they damn well better discuss with the American public.
