Yes they are based on a unique genetic sequencing that is built into the test materials
That is part of the reason some of this took so long o make sure there are no false positives
And last it is not a death sentence nor as virulent as other viruses that preceded it. It is eminently survivable and not what many here try to spread as Pandemic Pimps spreading misinformation
