The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency is looking to build a "state-of-the-art" "urban warfare" training facility that will include "hyper-realistic" simulations of homes, hotels and commercial buildings in Chicago and Arizona.
In an acquisition form for the procurement of "hyper-realistic training devices" for a new training facility for its expanding Special Response Team (SRT) program, ICE outlined the details of plans for its new training center in a document published on the U.S. Federal Business Opportunities website.
While ICE sought to redact the location of the new training facility in the document, it was not successful in doing so.
After copying and pasting the document's contents into a separate document, Newsweek was able to establish that the facility will be built at the Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs' (OFTP) Tactical Operations Complex (TOC) at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Sounds like prep for Urban Warfare against heavily armed, ruthless gangs like MS-13 to me.
And Antifa defenders of illegal aliens.
In the not too distant future ICE other assorted federal agencies will have to combat illegal aliens and other undesirables who aim to disrupt America security, values, economy and traditions. It is not a question of if such urban conflict occurs, but when and we should all feel secure that our president will have the tools at his disposal to quash such uprisings.

Dems are counting on “urban warfare” to overturn the Constitution.
Hope ICE is against that...
Normally I’d be upset about another Federal agency building such a thing, practicing such things, but with the Democrats running cities and states as sanctuaries in defiance of the laws, and the illegals forming violent gangs, and Antifa fighting all law enforcement (including the ones that are sympathetic to them like in Portland and Seattle), I’m afraid it is necessary.
ICE would be on our side...

Perhaps. President Trump has made a couple public statements regarding ANTIFA and designating them as Domestic Terrorists but, his many repeated comments referring to brutal, violent gangs as ANIMALS leads me to believe that those criminal gangs are a far more likely target of such operations.
I agree. So would most Sheriffs and rural, small town cops. They want the good guys on their side. And a Sheriff can deputize a whole bunch of people.

Unfortunately that’s probably true.
Anyway, whenever I analyze something I do not waste time looking at intent (since intent can change - eg if a new government with new objectives takes over) but rather at capability. A large urban warfare facility training special response teams to engage people in Americans homes, commercial buildings and such properties COULD be used to get illegals refusing to be deported, BUT it could also be used for MANY other activities that may not be Constitutional now but in future administrations may be acceptable.
Under Trump’s administration the facility may be used to train ‘against MS-13 and AntiFa,’ but under a Kamala Harris administration the state of play would (not could - would) be massively different.
It’s always nice to be able to train, where you’re going to fight.
