Virginia used to have very stringent health rules regarding driving.
When I developed adult onset epilepsy I was surprised that I didn’t need a doctors approval to drive. I just had to promise not to drive for six months after a seizure. No turning my license in, no medical testing to get it back. Just a promise.

Mueller took one last job for the deep state to burnish his “Mr Honesty” credentials and ended up looking like a doddering, stuttering mannequin no longer able to carry the load for his masters.

Well it does depend on each states laws. In my state a physician is required to report dementia patients .....a family member just went through this a few months ago.
