Whats it mean? Vit K plays a role in bone health.
What it doesn't say, which is VERY IMPORTANT is that Vit K blocks the action of certain blood thinners which could kill people who need to take them. A little information is a dangerous thing!

Interesting, my guess is that it will not detoxify vitamin E and interfere with its blood thinning effect. That is d-alpha tocopherol, not L-alpha or DL-alpha.
