Whether or not you agree with “heartbeat” legislation, I think we can agree that the law needs to apply consistently. If it’s the law for white people and Hispanics and Asians and “Native Americans”, then it needs to be law for blacks. And if it’s not law for blacks, then it cannot be law for those other groups.

And we need to compensate for the dehumanization of blacks through slavery by dehumanizing them through abortion???
