So I guess that the 6 (yes six) FBI background checks failed to turn any of this up? Either Kavanaugh is a total POS who successfully covered this up for all of these years and the FBI is completely incompetent and should be disbanded immediately or Avenatti is setting himself up for one heck of a lawsuit here.
I was a GS-11 investigator for the Defense Investigative Service,(DIS), during the early-mid 1980’s. We conducted background investigations for DOD employees, contractors and their employees, up to and including TS and special access programs. We would have talked to Kavanaugh’s roommates and classmates during his first 2 or 3 BI’s because you would go back 15 years, and further if leads provided indicated something earlier than 15 years needed to be looked into. That would have included his high school years. We also would have interviewed his teachers, neighbor, friends, (we always asked the interviewee if they knew of anyone else that he associated with). If, particularly, he was involved in these “gang rape” parties during high school it would have come out. I call BS on all these allegations.
