I don’t know if I’d call the cops. The Lautenberg rule would then ensure that they couldn’t defend themselves at home if SHTF with a home intruder.
And I wouldn’t intervene. The intention would be good, but I would likely end up getting beat on myself, and the situation most likely would not be resolved. And if the women had boyfriends nearby, it could be lights out for me.
