It is definitely more powerful since it is a sustained effort and provides sustained propulsion as a result. Sh!tting bricks would merely result in a temporary elevation and rapid descent henceforth. Not to mention that it would be a somewhat uncomfortable experience depending on the size and shape of the bricks and the elasticity of one’s rectum.
