It was a very exclusive club. Members only. Tennis, swimming, and golf. Their website offers contact once they check you out. Not even a membership price is promised until they have a look at you.
If they had a look at me? They certainly wouldn’t even give me a quote.
But I console myself by remembering what Groucho Marx infamously said: “I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.”
