He was recovered, transported to a hospital south of Seoul and is now in stable condition following a second round of surgery. The United Nations plan Thursday to make public footage of this contagious Northern soldier making his desperate dash to South Korea. Officials worried it may trigger misunderstandings over whether the South's troops non responded properly.
