I do believe it was the Muslim Arabs who started the international African slave trade, but I don’t see any mention of reparations from them. Then there are the African chiefs who sold captured enemy tribesmen into slavery. Then there is the ongoing slavery right now as Africans are being auctioned off in Libya thanks to 0bama and Hillary.

Consider, that if captured enemies could NOT be sold into slavery, that there would be no incentive to take prisoners. The incentive would be to just kill them all and take their land.
