The world is "laughing at the president of the United States, who clearly doesn't know what he's talking about," former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told CNN... "I would ask, does he think Xi, Macron, May, and Merkel, don't know? Are they stupid? Is he accusing them of joining on the hoax?". "This is one of the most cynical and frankly ignorant and dangerous, self-destructive steps that I've seen, ever, ever, ever in my entire lifetime and in public life," said the frantic, previous Sec. of State.

Didn't read full text (not going to click on tehran times).
That said, Mister Kerry, who lied to Congress dressed in fatigues and publicly threw his (likely undeserved) medals away and who claimed to be part of a black ops patrol that never happened and who (IIRC) never released the full details of his military discharge has no standing to criticize anyone.
