Most Americans descendants probably weren’t in America when slavery occurred yet being forced to pay for it. If anyone should pay for it, its the DEM party, not America

Yes. They were the party of slavery. They were the slave traders and the operators of slave markets. They were the slaveowners, tormentors, and masters.
The Democrats were the ones who went to war to keep the institution of slavery alive.
They were the party that kept slaves in bondage after they lost by discrimination and the military arm of the Democrat party, the KKK and corrupt law enforcement.
They were the party of Jim Crow who were drug kicking and screaming into an era of racial equality.
They owe the debt if anyone does.
