Countries with black majorities mostly have very high murder rates; they also have little in the way of the rule of law.

Barbados in the Caribbean is 90% black in population, but has a homicide rate of about 8 per hundred thousand. There are non-black countries with higher rates, such as Russia, 9.9 per hundred thousand.

And black on white crime is grossly disproportionate to white on black crime.
