Dear TexasPaintChipEater, you are simply compounding your illogic. I never said they have less rights than others who are not convicted. ALL humans have the right to a trial, to face their accusers, to appeal a guilty verdict. But if the trial goes against them, for a capitol crime, they have the same punishment as anyone convicted of a capitol crime: Life or the death penalty.

These things can all be accomplished without defining a group as sub-human -- something you explicitly did.

My way is how the Republic was founded; your way is tyranny.

There seems to be some confusion. I completely agree with the constitution as I believe you do. I am not sure why you are at odds with me on this in your posts.
