In certain circumstances, I would impose the death penalty. However, I would never label them as subhuman, as you have an entire group of people. I would accord them all rights, including a fair trial with a jury of their peers.

A 'sub human' has no such rights. It is the very definition of the word sub-human. It is below a human.

Your way is fascism; my way is how this Republic was envisioned.
