It’s interesting to note that BirtherReport seems to have a complete blackout on Orly. I can’t recall any mention of her in recent memory.

Vogt has an interesting theory that notification of a felony should lead to a Grand Jury investigation. However, his description of the “crime” seems contrived and often nonsensical.

He is wrong about the law. He had no duty to report the crime. He could only be charged with misprision of felony if he actively concealed by lying to investigators.

Agree that it has been a while since BirtherReport featured Orly. The last I recall was that fake email she received. Some lying Obot sent her a note that claimed to be from, iirc, Carl Gallups. She didn’t bother to even minimally verify its authenticity before going public with it. Maybe she went off half cocked once too often? There is no excuse for the deceitful, dishonest, childish & silly Obots, but Orly could at least have responded to Gallups privately, before making a big public deal out of it.

As far as Vogt’s big conspiracy goes, why is it SO big? How many ppl does it take to create an amateurish forgery? Why involve anyone more than is absolutely vital?

For example, if Alvin Onaka is really onboard, who else do you need? Why, for example, get Fuddy involved? She didn’t seem like a very bright bulb. What could she have contributed? All she would need to know is that the LFBC which was presented to her, was ‘accurate’. I.e.: Onaka could have handed it to her & said, “This is a legal & accurate representation of Obama’s birth info. Please verify it publicly.”

Fuddy came across as a Dem team player, & what reason would she have had to doubt Onaka? So she ends up validating the forgery, but she herself has a clean conscience & is therefore much more valuable as a witness.

What I’m saying is, it would be stupid & ridiculous to involve something like eight ppl. to make one lousy forgery. Involve one or at the absolute most two, & tell everyone else w a straight face that the document is valid. That’s what any non-moron would do. [For the record, I don’t think Obama or his team is very bright. They don’t come across as drooling idiots, though; they have a modicum of street smarts, at a minimum.]

I’ve said it before but it bears repeating. Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead. This far flung conspiracy of Vogt’s just doesn’t make sense on its face. Why take so many unnecessary risks? It doesn’t take a committee to create a deeply flawed forgery. One person w access to HI birth records—in this case, Onaka [were he actually committed]—is sufficient. No need for Ah Nee’s BCs or anyone else in a consulting role. Onaka creates the doc, & everyone else is pointedly told that it’s authentic.

Or so it seems to me. There are other issues too. Primarily, evidence, or the lack thereof. Just saying various people were involved doesn’t make it true. Nothing beats evidence, & I have yet to see any at all. But we’ll see how it plays out. Time will tell.
