So, was that image originally supplied by EVA CAIRNS with the article or not, and if it was, why was it removed?

IF it was never with the article to begin with, how and from where was the image obtained?

Doesn’t anyone know where the book-cover image came from? The jpg has the name of Eva Cairns - but there’s nothing in her article.
