Shrimpton claims this but I haven’t been able to research it and the anti-Shrimpton activists refute it (of course!).
Those pictures should have never been released. Our press and all those that publicized them are America’s enemies and cost a lot of American lives and wounds and a lot of Iraqi lives.
It would be sadly ironic if that picture was some American hating leftist psy opp and was a complete fake.
