There is a single picture. In it, it looks as though his image has been inserted between the ends of the two back rows. He is dressed differently; he may appear to be standing where he should be sitting.
Scott whose mother claimed to have complete record files of his classes doesn't have either this picture or any other picture or other indication that Barry was there and neither she nor Scott, both of who are Barry partisans claims to remember his being there.
The two "teachers" are also Barry partisans.
I don't read what we do know as evidence that he was there. I recognize he might have been.
The possibility exists that the Stanley graduation might have been pictured in 66 when she purportedly finished her classwork (although she didn't get her degree until July 67); lots of times, people are included in graduation pictures and get their degree later; but that would have made him five at the time and he looks older than five in the claimed kindergarten picture even though his classmates look younger.
I believe that Stanley's involvement in 65-66-67 was solicited in part for the purpose of getting him out of Indonesia after the regime change.
But there are a couple of record indications that he might have been in Hawaii, certainly Christmas 69; he doesn't start fifth grade until 1971; there is a record that places him through fourth grade in Indonesia.
So my view has difficulty seeing how or why they would have gotten him out of Indonesia once or twice along the way and then sent him back. Because he doesn't come back to Hawaii until the summer of 71 with Lia who spends the summer with him in Honolulu; followed by starting school in the fifth grade in the fall of 71.
Although there is some argument, I think much of your timeline for the Jakarta period is pretty good. Problem is that doesn't allow much time to fit the origin of Lia's relationship with them prior to the time Barry joined them in Jakarta. Further, there is a pictorial record dating before 67 together with statements of children he played with and others that place him in a quasi rural environment and does not, at least in the early part of the period, include Stanley and Lolo.
I think that there is significant uncertainty about his precise location and movements for the period from Spring, 1963 through the end of the summer in 67; and the same level of uncertainty with respect to the movements of Stanley in the period from July 66 to September 67.
Barry wasn't in Jakarta prior to September 67. Lia's TV interview has her saying that she was living with Stanley and Lolo in late 66 or early 67 without Barry; that Stanley told her she was bringing a brother to join them; that she went and got Barry who appeared in the fall.
You are supposed to think Stanley went to Hawaii to get him. But there isn't much if any evidence that he was in Hawaii in that period.
I think as he said to the Harvard Daily, he did go to Indonesia at about age 2 and I think that because of other conditions in his living arrangements.
The uncertainty about the intervening period results from several factors. He parted company completely with Stanley in the Spring of 63--she was at school in Hawaii and Barry was no where to be seen. The situation was inconsistent with the legend that made her his mother. So they needed to cover that up.
A second factor is an attempt to define the circumstances which placed him in Indonesia in the first place--because those circumstances would identify his real history. Why did he go to Indonesia when he was "about two years old"? Without Stanley?
Also, if you looked carefully into the pictorial record of Lolo, you would recognize that his identity is really uncertain. At least three different characters played the part of Lolo at various time.
Not least of which is the problem that his passport images are nothing like the man shown in the group image of them sitting on the couch, which is a construct. And why would it be totally 'forgotten' that Lolo came to live in Honolulu in time for Stanley Ann to file a joint tax return for 1973 on which only one child belonging to the couple is claimed, and her name is Maya?

If you can provide any documentation of Obama being in Indonesia while Lolo Soetoro and Ann Dunham were both studying at the University of Hawaii, I’d be interested in reading it.
I fail to see what difference it makes where he went to kindergarten or whether he was in Indonesia when he was two years old. The Article Two, Section One requirements are place of birth, date of birth and 14 years residence in the US.
