No - one of his kids did. They often exhibit poor judgment. If your kids have never done something really dumb, you are blessed.
Rape threats however are beyond stupid and well into criminal.

A young woman posted a picture of her and her sister and her dad eating ice cream.
It had a caption about beating stupidity and it was made a day or so before Jeantel’s testimony.
The girl is not part of the trial.
