You’re probably not reading it right. It was a 2001 REMBERANCE VIDEO. IOW after fact memorial shown that day Sept 11, 2012 on the aniversary of 9/11/01 I think is the point. A Memorial {Rememberance} was held on the Hanger Bay 9/11/2012 is the way I read it.
