If this was done by the photographer,the school system needs to hire a new Photographer.I would also think about hiring an attorney to sue for a violation of this child’s rights to be treated the same as the other kids in the class. >>>>>>>I REALLY hope this was supposed to be sarcasm. Being conservative doesn’t mean Hiding your brains in a closet and supporting poor treatment of those Less fortunate than yourself.

Sometimes it takes a Law suit to make that plain as day to our government officials.
