...and frankly I’m not an NRA member for a whole host of reasons, mostly concerning the fact that NRA has been around for every egregious attack on the Second Amendment since 1871. Everyone of them classified as an attack on “shall not be infringed”. All the NRA seems able to do is be the quintesseneial whipping boy for “joinalists like Mr. Christopher Swindell.
Though they would like to be a non-partisan in a very partisan business, it has been proven over and over and over, that position will gain you nothing in the battle for retaining God given rights.
I just love how Mr Swindell gets all puffy chested over his outrage at what he views as a very partisan organization that is clueless on his issue. Well, we don’t agree, but for an entirely different set of issues.

If I thought for one minute that there was an ounce of truth to that comment, I would be an NRA member in a heartbeat. I know it isn’t true and we have a hundred and forty plus years of solid evidence as proof positive. Oh if we need just one more little bit of proof, just look at the machine gun comment above and try to figure how those rebels will be toting machince guns when essentially they have been ruled out for the normal citizen, by the 1934 and 1987 “common sense” gun control legislation.

Mr Swindell in no more than another useful idiot, in the fight over good vs evil. It is quite obvious he stands on the side of evil over individual rights enumerated in the Constitution. I could go on and on, but to quote another useful idiot, “what difference does it make”.

It’s easy to understand why journalism is in the sewer, while colleges hire Swindell as a professor. It’s no wonder we don’t have a free press.
