That is exactly what should have happened to the younger Tsarnaev! Instead he is treated like a prince albeit behind bars...and the trial should be in a military court - a death sentence with no picking up the check for a life of free room and board, medicine, education, religion, and no hard work. That isn't justice - man that is the Jack Pot.

This guy no doubt deserves a swift death penalty (though not in a military court - the Constitution and the laws of the United States say that citizens are to be tried in civilian court). But, I wouldn’t call a life sentence in ADX Florence the “Jack Pot” - life in supermax, particularly for a 19-year old who would likely be there for many decades, is arguably worse than the death penalty.
