I contend that, by virtue of the national culture in which he was raised, and the defining beliefs and attitudes of the people that nurtured and influenced him during his childhood and youth, plus the results of this developmental milieu as clearly demonstrated through and by his words and his actions, Barack Hussein Obama is a Kenyan and a Muslim. His personal, character-forming life experiences shared no part of the life experiences of America’s multitude of black-skinned citizens, nearly all of them descendants of African slaves, born in America and lifelong residents of these United States.
