The woman is dead for God’s sake. No amount of defending her is going to change that. This case is about what to do with the killer.
In my opinion based on the articles, she didn’t deserve to die and the shooter acted irresponsibly. The grand jury will have to decide.
Odds are she wouldn't be if she weren't an obvious unrepentant criminal.

I've served on a grand jury. From what I've read, a 'no bill' will be returned. A true bill will be returned against the two Frey accomplices.
