The basis of the lawsuit will be Walmart's overly aggressive pursuit of the motor vehicle with 2 young children in it. Everybody else in there may be a professional thief, but it's likely their pockets aren't very deep ~ but Walmart's are.

There won’t likely be any suit, Texas has this one covered well. If there is one, it won’t last through the initial phase.
