” Is your Christianity as situational as your ethics? “

Here is your problem. We are voting for a politician, not Jesus Christ.(in Romneys case voting against Obama, not for Romney)

Obama hates Christians, America, and free markets. His goal is to bankrupt America, and destroy the moral fabric in the process. Romney may not be able to stop the bleeding, and we could go under anyway. Romney is a gamble at best, and a rogue. Obama could intellectually, and spiritually be compared to Satan. To infer that those who choose not to allow a satanic POTUS to remain in power, are somehow less of a Christian than you is intellectually contemptible, and morally bankrupt.

I believe that God has allowed us to be prosperous and free because we are a Christian nation. Show me a biblical passage that says Christians should cower, and allow a Satanic leader to rule them. If we allow a satanic man like Obama to destroy the most Christian nation on earth, by somehow claiming a moral high ground, I pass.

Those are wise words SJB, and I'd like to think that it might sink into the skulls of these latter day Pharisees who have made a cottage industry out of passing judgment on those who don't buy into their spiritual and ideological purity tests so far as this election is concerned. They are the real life equivalents of the caricature of the wild eyed bearded man waving a sign around "THE END IS NEAR, REPENT" and for the record, the End just damn well MIGHT be near, but until it arrives, there are battles to be fought, and getting rid of 0bamugabe is the main event.

First of all, sorry for being so tardy replying to you. I can't post at work and had to go to my kid's school Open House after work.

Now, with regards to your previous post, No Stephen, that is not the issue for Christians.

Nowhere in the Bible did God, His Prophets, Christ, or his Apostles declare that his commands were situational. In fact, quite the opposite is true. He demands 100% of our will, not 90%, not 95%, not even 99%. We can't pick and choose the situations that we are going to apply God's laws and commands to; it does not matter if you actually believe or fear that Obama has the power to bring this nation to it's knees. What matters, if we are truly Christians, is that we obey God.

You cannot compartmentalize your Christianity or apply filters to which scenario you remain loyal to Christ and those you will not be loyal to Christ.

If Millions of Christians over the centuries have chosen to remain true to Christ, even in the face of certain death because they refused to recant their faith in God, how can you and I as Conservative Christians throw away our faith by supporting a man who knowingly supports what he knows is evil, the Abortion of Babies and the Homosexual agenda even if we fear the damage that Obama might do?

Is your faith in a political party or is it in an Almighty, ALL-KNOWING God?

Christianity was never meant to be partial or situational.

Voting for Romney, when he supports the murders of babies and the Abomination of the Gay Agenda puts you in the place of doing just that.
