My Christianity is not in question - but yes, I think 55,000 full time Mormon missionaries certainly hope they can affect the 'identity" of any Christian (or Jew, or atheist, Hindu, Muslim or Sikh) they should come in contact with.
Nothing wrong with that either. They can and should do what they feel is necessary to progress toward godhood. That doesn't mean I can't tell them or anyone else who chooses to listen that I think they are absolutely wrong and deluded.
Now, if it is your intention to learn to avoid Mormonism issues with your man Heller, I suggest you learn as much as you can about Mormonism - so you can defend him. It is bound to be an issue to some voters. But Nevada is a lot like Utah. There's a Mormon is every race - it usually isn't a big deal, and I suspect it won't be in your Heller race either.
Heller himself makes his Mormonism an issue. I did post a quote from him where he says he is a Mormon..... and he is pro-choice.
