And now here you are, coming onto this thread without reading it, not even reading the exchange between me & your friend, and posting stuff about judaism and how this country was founded and all kinds of interesting but irrelevant stuff in terms of this thread.
You can peruse my posts on this thread and decide for yourself if it was hijacking. There’s no rule nor law against trying to convert a jew. In fact, we are commanded to preach the good news to all, and jews were the first to hear it.
So... are you aware of the historical fact that Jesus claimed to be God in front of the Sanhedrin? Even his enemies acknowledge that claim. And we christians uphold Jesus as God Himself, but mormons deny the deity of christ. The big brouhaha was over why JimRob posted the last paragraph of the article starting this thread, and a bunch of ABOs jumped in trying to defend mormonism because... there’s a mormon presumptive GOP nominee. Your friend thinks we shouldn’t be confronting such false teachings even though Jesus called false teachers “sons of the devil” in His day.
