There is nothing in Genesis that refers to the Mashiach.

You’re right, it’s Genesis 49:10,and yes SHILOH is the Messiah so there IS something in genesis that refers to Messiah. Not only that but there is at least one other prophecy in Genesis about Messiah:
He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel Gen 3:15.
