You're either ignorant or a liar! The word circa has nothing to do with historical figures. It is used when someone is unsure of a date. In any case, what's your point? It doesn't really matter what her exact date of birth (although her birthdate really is April 2, 1952) was in this case, does it? I already reworded the question to what grade in school she was in during 1960/61, just to make you happy.
