The physician was an ER doctor, who probably does not know maternity ward rules.

Oh you're quite the expert on an ER doctor you know nothing about, you have his CV tucked behind your ear, don't you?
Even IF the ER doctor "probably does not know maternity ward rules", that would not affect his vision, and it would not affect his eye witness testimony in which he clearly stated that the nurses were the sole aggressors.
Nice try, but that dog won't hunt.

A doctor who witnessed the incident said the only people who were aggressive were the nurses
The Mother of the baby also supported the doctor witness, as did the Dad in question.
Seems ya got some nurses who want to be cops.
The physician was an ER doctor, who probably does not know maternity ward rules.
And that has what to do with his comment that unequivocally named the nurses as the only aggressors?
Dr. Timothy Haydock: "I witnessed the incident and I can state unequivocally that the nurses were the only aggressors," he said. "To charge Mr. Kennedy with a crime is simply incomprehensible to me."
