Gov’t employees are far too lazy to go around looking for people to harassas. They wait for the phone to ring and then the fun(for them)begins....
For whatever reason there are a few souls to converse with. I saved a few dollars at Giant the other day and with a coupon saved $20 at Advance Auto. I figure if I do this about 600 more times in my life time i can recoup what the county charge me for. 10’X 12’ space. 2-3 hrs plus all the county bs laid on me.
