Have no idea whether or not it’s a fraud. Only one way to know and apparently Hawaii is not going to release it. But chasing these so-called anomalies on a digitized copy of unknown parentage is futile. That said, I don’t believe the State of Hawaii would conspire with a corrupt president to perpetuate a forgery of a state certified document.

Thank you; no I wouldn't want to believe that any of Hawaii officialdom would knowingly conspire in releasing a fraudulent.
Did you see the pixels? They're all black!!
You eyes deceive you; actually they sample out with consistent RGB numbers as I noted before as a very dark green lol. Yes, they look black to me, too.

It stretches credulity, but then EVERYTHING that contributed to where the Federal government under Obama is today stretches credulity. In the case of Hawaii, it seems to be only a very tiny group of people who have seen the actual records, such as they may be.
Another thing that stretches credulity is why they haven't allowed an independent forensic or archival document specialist examine the originals. Why not do that and resolve a great part of speculation as to a conspiracy?

That said, I dont believe the State of Hawaii would conspire with a corrupt president to perpetuate a forgery of a state certified document. I concluded long ago that he was prolly born in HI. My questions have since been focussed on whether a person born in the United States [whose father is a foreign national AND whose father's country ALSO claims him to be a natural-born subject] is a natural-born citizen of the United States. Citizen for sure, NBC [I don't know] ...
But, SCOTUS ain't got the scrotum to take the case ...
