A bouncing basketball could get a bit annoying at 6 a.m. on a Saturday morning. But not nearly as annoying as a neighbor's lawn mower or chain saw.

The noise ordinance in our neighborhood is in effect from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. I would think that's where the investigation should begin, not over some b*tch making moaning sounds. How many decibels were her moaning sounds as compared to the bouncing basketball? There ain't no law against being an atheist b*tch.
