Could you try to argue from points of logic rather than emotion?
First, there are numerous lawsuits filed against the U.S. government and/or POTUS on a regular basis. It is the duty of DOJ attorneys to provide a legal defense for the government and/or POTUS in lawsuits filed against either party. So Obama didn’t send out DOJ attorneys by choice and didn’t specifically direct tax dollars to be used to provide his defense.
Secondly, regardless of whether or not we’re at war or being plotted against by terrorists, the DOJ’s function remains the same. It’s not as if the DOJ attorneys who worked on the eligibility lawsuits were taken away from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq or from investigating terrorist bomb plots. There are plenty of U.S. attorneys.
Thirdly, Obama is not an honorable man. We’ve already established that point.

**Guilty** people would let a decorated officer and war veteran go to prison. Over what? A birth certificate and few common documents American peasants release routinely?
What innocent, real, natural born, American citizen president would waste and misuse tax paid attorneys at time of terrorist threats and soldiers KILLED on their bases? Huh?
