“Can a dual citizen be a Natural Born Citizen?”

No.

See this article by Collins from the time of Chester A. Arthur. After reading this, Arthur may well have made the final decision to burn all of his documents before his death. Which in fact he did do.

We now know that Chet was ineligible. But that wasn't that well known in 2008, only being definitely established last year by Lawyer Donofrio's research.

I am sure that Team Obama researched the Arthur case very thoroughly before they decided to try and end-run Article II. We have lived through an anti-constitutional coup. I fear that all that is left to us in the short term is damage control.

Ironically, the Constitution Team Obama violated now protects him!

While I wholeheartedly agree, as we can see from this thread, many of our fellow citizens are ready to concede eligibility to Barak Hussein Obama.

We must keep fighting to get this to SCOTUS. We need 1 (one) governor, 1 AG, to keep Obama off any state ballot. That will force SCOTUS to intervene, with Team Obama as he plaintiffs. Let them claim "no standing," then!!
