Beyond that, who did the King of England make piece with via the Treaty of Paris?

Was it the united states which then existed as a PERPETUAL union or was it thirteen SOVEREIGN states?

I’m not sure what your point is here...The Treaty of Paris was an agreement between Great Britain, France and Spain.
