• 6pm- 6:45 Sponsors mint julep/champagne private visit with the Ordinance
• 6:30 - 7 pm guests are seated for Performance
• 7:15 pm - 8:00 pm - Theatrical Performance
• 8:00 pm - Bars open, event opens
• 8:10 pm - Welcome and Blessing
• 8:15 - 9:15 pm - guests mingle at food stations
• Band plays dinner music
• 9:15 pm - 9:45 pm - Special presentations/ band takes break
• 9:45 pm - Band kicks it up for dancing
• 11: 30 pm - Event Ends
