Wow you have made some really big leaps there, which is not surprising based on your posts.
I do not believe tattoos are bad behavior. Now picking you nose during an interview I would say is bad behavior.
To make a judgment against a person because they have a tattoo as that person being a loser or stupid or incompetent is short sighted.
Would I hire a person to work with the public who had facial tattoos, no.
Would I hire a a person with tattoos to work in my machine shop, sure.
I know many people who have tattoos who are professionals, do they flaunt them no.
Do I know people who do not have tattoos who are ignorant and intolerant, you bethcha.
People get tattoos for many reasons. For some strange reason you lump all tattoos into a single category. To bad really, you are missing out on a lot of interesting people.

To bad really, you are missing out on a lot of interesting people. There are a lot of interesting people who are dismissed as "boring" or "normals" by tattooed persons who carry their own prejudices.

(Ask yourself, where does Saudi Arabia fit on a scale of "passive" to "moderate" to "extremist" Islam?)
