No, I do not agree with your baseless assumption.

If someone cares that little about their body then why would any thinking person assume they would care any more about my business?

Just as every part of a resume tells me something about a person so does their appearance. Piercings (nose, lips, tongue), tattoos, posture, speech, grooming are ALL part of the resume. Hiring anyone is a matter of informed choices and some basic trust that what was presented in the interview was truthful. If you have loser tattooed all over your body don't be surprised if you are not hired for a serious position.

Also, I don't like similar people serving or preparing my food either. Nothing like someone with a drip ring in their nostril serving me my dinner. What people expect other people to tolerate is growing more unbelievable with every passing day.

First, you are judging people by their cover.
According to food and safety regulations a food server is not to have face piercings, false nails anything that might contaminate food stuffs, unfortunately most food establishments do not know or follow food handling safety regulations.
Because someone has a tattoo does not in anyway mean they are stupid or that they do not care about their bodies or their potential job. People get tattoos for a variety of reasons.
Your reference to “loose tattoos” says more about you than it does about them.
