Not convincing. A 7 y.o. Obama did not take any active steps to renounce citizenship. Maybe Stanley thought he had dual Kenyan citizenship. Maybe she crossed out her son’s name because she didn’t understand the form. She didn’t deny her own citizenship.
I don’t put too much significance on the decades-past paperwork of a flaky woman who is now dead and can’t testify what she meant by it.
1939, Perkins v. Elg clearly lays out the scenario of repatriating ones self or for the parents to do so. The fact is, Obama’s mother renounced his US citizenship or he either never had it. Only the passport files of Dunham prior to 1968 will be all telling as to this.
Obama is supposedly a constitutional scholar & lawyer. A lawyer of the “LAW”. There is a reason everything prior to 1968 is being withheld.
These are state department records, filled out and filed, official documents, that state he is not a citizen.

If this was Bush, answer honestly, would he be forced to explain this? At the least? You know the FBI would be taking his statements for impeachment.
