> “Ah yes, “Perkins v Elg,” decided by the Supreme Court of the United States in 1939 and holding that a child born in the United States to alien parents and raised abroad retains U.S. citizenship until the age of majority, and at that point continues to retain U.S. citizenship if he or she elects to retain it, and elects to return to the United States and assume the duties of a U.S. citizen.
Thanks so much for reminding me about the high court’s ruling in Perkins v Elg.”

.

All she had to say you will have to ask Senator Obama for his original birth certificate, if she had done that instead of allowing democrat flunkies to speak through her, Obama would have to show his original paperwork before the election.

Anyone can read the actual court syllabus for Perkins v Elg for themself, which can be read at the following link:

I have never heard of “Cass Sundsteen” and I certainly do not work for that person. I live and work in San Diego, California and any of the moderators on FreeRepublic can trace my IP address to my home here in sunny (hot) San Diego. Go Chargers!
